Global food technology company shares innovations for the future of its industry
THE WOODLANDS, TX.,– Fortifi Food Processing Solutions CEO Massimo Bizzi welcomed 25 members of the trade press to the global food giant's first international press conference, held May 6 at IFFA 2025 in Messe Frankfurt, Germany. Bizzi emphasized Fortifi’s commitment to productivity and innovation in food processing as he previewed the company's 15,069 square feet of exhibition space, complete with meeting rooms, a restaurant and catering area, and a full complement of machines, robots and software to support Fortifi's global vision of industry leadership.
Fortifi companies Bettcher, Frontmatec, MHM Automation, LIMA, Nothum, REICH and Kais, along with partners Danish Meat Research Institute and Völur, presented shared innovations in protein processing equipment, robotics and software at the show. These included precision skinning and trimming tools, control systems and value-chain automation, personal hygiene solutions, captive bolt stunners, AI-based production and planning analytics, product handling systems, chilling and freezing, reverse packaging, meat-bone separators and deboners, grinder-desinewers, coating and frying technology, and thermal processing technology.
