In one instance, its services were solicited by a customer that needed their product to make a gentle 90-degree turn from a 26-degree vertical angle while descending to a horizontal surface. The JanTec team employed its engineering capabilities and product customization expertise to take concepts from its gravity chute product and build its first-ever GCA gravity table to solve the client’s complex product movement challenge.

JanTec holds regular conversations with clients and collects their feedback to assess the quality and performance of its products. A customer relationship management tool is used to conduct client satisfaction surveys and inform them about product launches.
