There will also be discussions on food law, safety and quality, as well as supply chain challenges involving producers, logistics operators, carriers, and retail chains. The program will be complemented by topics related to the potential of various distribution channels, trade cooperation, new trends and innovations in the industry, and consumer analysis for 2025–2030 and their changing needs.

Culinary SMAKKi Premium and the Coffee SMAKKi Festival

As part of the SMAKKi the Vegan Culinary Challenge competition will once again showcase how exceptional and diverse plant-based cuisine can be, alongside the high-energy Street Food Masters Championship.
The program will also include the Festival of Coffee Flavours - nationwide coffee championships - and the “Flavors of the World” culinary shows, including the BellaVita Food Academy and Thai cuisine presentations.
