THANK YOU FOR SUBSCRIBING
QR Agri&Food Consulting is addressing this need with its BRCGS-approved training programs that help F&B firms navigate the ever-changing food safety compliance landscape. Its coaching can be delivered virtually, face-to-face, or through a hybrid training model, which markedly improves its accessibility across customers with vastly different agendas. Conversely, QR AgriFood Consulting’s deep R&D expertise enables it to readily validate and implement innovative microbiological lab techniques and procedures.
One of the 200 BRC GS-recognized trainers worldwide, QR AgriFood Consulting provides updated information directly from the source to support clients with food processing including packaging sector, from distribution or brokerage to implementing and improving product safety management systems.
At the heart of its training process is CEO Sandra Viviana Quesada. She personally conducts virtual training sessions, leveraging her academic background in chemistry, food engineering, sciences master and over 20 years of experience across the F&B industry, including bakery, dairy, beverages, and dietary supplements, among other sub-sectors. Ms. Quesada also has comprehensive expertise in leading, developing, and implementing Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) standards for farms, greenhouses, and other food processing facilities in the U.S. and Canada.
“We provide coaching, training, and support in Spanish, English, and French. We have extensive knowledge of different industries, which helps us continually improve our clients’ processes,” says Quesada.
QR AgriFood Consulting’s training is designed to help companies boost their food safety management by improving their food handling process, enhancing environmental monitoring, minimizing vulnerability for food fraud, and transforming their approach to food safety culture. For instance, its vulnerability training for food fraud helps clients analyze their suppliers and construct a robust vulnerability assessment posture, enabling them to reduce potential risks and improve supply chain resilience.
Moving forward, QR AgriFood Consulting wants to deliver confidence in a client’s supply chain capabilities and help assure that products are safe, legal, and of high quality, including packaging
