It allowed them to make more products in a shorter time-span, reducing smoke cycle time and labor cost savings. Likewise, last year, Pro Smoker N Roaster installed a 42 truck, entirely customized truckload smoking system for another Wisconsin client. “Added with the client’s pre-existing 52 truck unit, we powered them with the ability to make over 14 million pounds of summer sausage per year and over a 150 million snack sticks,” extols Hanni.

It wasn’t ages ago when meat processors had to rush back to their plant and make adjustments to smoke cycles and ensure if it was functioning correctly. “Now, with our new meat processors incorporating Bluetooth and Wi-Fi features, customers can access those processors from their phones and handle them more easily,” concludes Hanni.
