Custom front-of-house wine displays have long been used to boost sales and profits at luxury hospitality venues, such as restaurants, hotels, golf clubs, casinos, and retail stores. They are now seeing upscale senior living facilities emerging as a market segment. Any organization with a reasonably extensive wine list can benefit from a wine display, but the high cost of complete customization places this valuable marketing opportunity out of reach for many hospitality businesses. Enofrigo America offers a budget-friendly solution with its four lines of customizable wine coolers.

"They are standard (SKU) products, each with its own model number. With these, we can create the look of custom displays at a fraction of the cost of full customization," says George Campise, Director of Sales at Enofrigo America.

Enofrigo America supports a network of highly educated independent restaurant equipment representatives from its centrally located office, warehouse, and distribution facility in South Bend, Indiana. These experts visit potential customers to assess the venue and determine client requirements. After considering the dimensions of the space and the desired bottle storage capacity/ layout, representatives guide clients through the best options from Enofrigo America's four exquisitely designed product lines.

Since hospitality organizations operate on thin profit margins, maximizing the sale of high-profit margin menu items is crucial. In the U.S., one of the highest margins to be found in the hospitality industry is on bottled wine. Enofrigo America wine displays move wine storage from the cellar to the front of the house, encouraging consumers to consider purchasing wine by the bottle as soon as they walk into the establishment.

"Enofrigo was established in 1978 to help customers stock wine differently. Our products resemble furniture more than fridges. They are front-of-the-house equipment," says Amerigo Po, President and CEO of Enofrigo America.

Enofrigo currently offers four different product lines in the U.S. With the exception of one model, the rest of them are equipped with R290 restaurant-grade propane and internal thermostats, which can be set between 39 and 68 degrees Fahrenheit. This means every door has its own temperature zone versus the one temperature zone in expensive custom displays. After installation, all the products are supported by dedicated customer service professionals ready to resolve any issues that arise.

Enofrigo America's most popular product is the Wine Library. The reason it is the most popular is because of its many applications and numerous shelving options to fit any customer’s needs. It's available in a two and three-door model fridge available in two different heights. Each compartment is controlled individually and has a mirrored interior to add another layer of elegance to the wine bottle display.

The Miami line is similar in terms of features to the i.Am line but has a smaller footprint without sacrificing style and elegance to the wine bottle display. It's a single or double-door wine display with many shelving options to meet any customer's desired look.

The Enogalax line prioritizes flexibility, featuring different modules that can be combined to create personalized solutions, from a single unit to an entire wall of different sizes, each door having its own temperature zone.

The i.Am line is made of recycled and recyclable materials. This line includes a version with two individually controlled compartments, allowing customers to store wines with different serving temperature requirements in a single unit.

With the demand for distinctive, affordable wine display solutions expected to increase, Enofrigo America is prepared to serve businesses of all types and sizes. Plans are underway for expanding its product offerings without sacrificing the highest standards of craftsmanship. It stands ready to delight customers with its efficient, customizable wine displays at an affordable cost by any end user interested in increasing sales and profit revenue while receiving a return on their investment.
